Clause 1

Eligibility to Use tka11

To register and use a tka11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. tka11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tka11 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to create accounts, place wagers, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate, trust, or institutional accounts are not permitted on tka11.
  • You must register with accurate personal information. Providing false or misleading information during account registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
  • You must not hold any other existing tka11 account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited.
  • You must not be using the tka11 Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using tka11 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

tka11 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Security

To access tka11 services, you are required to register a single personal account. Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number during registration. This number will be used for account verification, OTP authentication, and the processing of withdrawal payments.
  • Your account password must remain confidential. tka11 will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including customer support. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.
  • tka11 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your tka11 account or any balance held within it.
  • If you suspect that your tka11 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tka11 customer support immediately. Until you do so, tka11 cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses.
  • tka11 reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including prior to processing a withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of the mobile payment account used for transactions.

tka11 uses SSL encryption across all account interactions. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account credentials.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on tka11 are processed through Bangladesh mobile financial services and selected bank accounts. tka11 does not accept cash payments or international payment cards. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on tka11.

  • Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed on the tka11 deposit page.
  • Deposits are credited to your tka11 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Under normal circumstances, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited in under 60 seconds. tka11 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network issues.
  • Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile payment account or bank account from which the corresponding deposit originated (closed-loop policy). tka11 does not process withdrawals to a third-party account or to any payment method not previously used for deposits.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed on the tka11 withdrawal page at the time of request. tka11 may require KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
  • tka11 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladesh mobile payment methods. However, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tka11's control.
  • tka11 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account activity associated with the request is fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or the subject of an active investigation.

All balances in your tka11 wallet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tka11 does not maintain balances in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled at the prevailing rate on the date of the transaction.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tka11 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. The following general terms apply to all tka11 bonuses unless a specific bonus's terms explicitly state otherwise.

  • Bonuses are non-cashable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
  • Each bonus offer has a defined expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

  • tka11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, system abuse, or changes in commercial strategy. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has partially met a wagering requirement, the player will retain any real-money winnings already generated from real-money play only.

Seasonal promotions at tka11 — including Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh campaigns, BPL tournament boosts, and Victory Day offers — are subject to specific terms published with each individual promotion. These Terms apply in addition to the specific promotion terms, and in the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

Clause 5

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tka11 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and software providers. tka11 does not develop, host, or operate any game software directly. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's own published game rules and RNG certification.

  • You acknowledge that the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer operating under the rules of the relevant game. tka11 does not influence game outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical failure during a game session (including but not limited to internet disconnection, server timeout, or software error), the outcome will be governed by the relevant game provider's technical failure policy. tka11 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that affected bets are resolved fairly, but cannot guarantee outcomes where third-party technical failures are involved.
  • Sports betting markets and odds on tka11 are determined by the sports data providers integrated with the tka11 Platform. In the event of an obvious pricing error in any published odds, tka11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's tka11 wallet.
  • Players are expected to play within the published rules of each game. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in a game for financial gain is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

Clause 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tka11. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or coordinating bet placement across multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses in a manner that contravenes these Terms, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or making deposits and withdrawals designed solely to meet rollover conditions without genuine play.
  • Fraud and money laundering — using tka11 to launder proceeds of crime, making deposits with payment credentials that do not belong to you, or using tka11 to obscure the origin of funds.
  • Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game or feature on tka11 in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
  • Abusive behaviour — threatening, harassing, or using abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards tka11 staff or other platform users via any communication channel including live chat and email.

tka11 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. If an account is flagged for suspicious activity, tka11 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation. During an investigation, the account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Clause 7

Account Suspension and Termination

tka11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Where termination is initiated by tka11 for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any balances associated with fraudulent, bonus-abused, or otherwise improperly obtained funds will be forfeited.

  • The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 6, the eligibility requirements in Clause 1, or the account security obligations in Clause 2.
  • tka11 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that could expose tka11 or its payment partners to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
  • The account holder requests account closure voluntarily. In this case, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

If your tka11 account is suspended for investigation purposes, tka11 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to you within 14 business days of the suspension, unless the matter requires referral to external authorities.

Clause 8

Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tka11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

Amendments to These Terms

tka11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tka11 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address associated with your account, no less than 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the tka11 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tka11 customer support.

Clause 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial fairness, as applied consistently with the platform's operations and the reasonable expectations of its Bangladesh-based user base.
